Karate Kid

K-Bugg recently started taking Taekwondo lessons. Two of her little friends from school began lessons a few months ago and she has been begging us to take her ever since. After swimming lessons ended, we went for a free trial of Taekwondo. After observing one lesson, I knew this was for her! Discipline, discipline, discipline! The instructor is all about discipline and perseverance. The words, "I can't" are not allowed. His motto is - You will keep trying until you can!

That is awesome. Maybe I should look into it for Kaiden... before I kill her.

Haley talked about doing Taekwondo last year so I took her for a meeting with a school. Then all of a sudden she decided that she wanted to be shy and bailed. I think that it would be good for her. Congrats to Kbugg.

I made it to 2nd degree Green belt(one or two from black... but I think getting to black was a few more years of training). I was just a couple years older than K-bugg when I started. She'll love it - can't wait to hear about it from her. :)

She looks too cute in her outfit. Ethan would love to take Taedwondo. I'm going to see if our rec center offers a class before I commit to one of the schools.

Oooo I better watch out for her soon-to-be lethal hands and feet. Maybe you'll have the kid who goes into the UFC! Kevin would be so proud!

She looks adorable in that outfit. Although maybe the teachers wouldn't like to hear that. What I mean is she looks tough and determined, yeah that's it.

Hey There....again. Long time since I have been on here but I started up again. My son Devin takes Taekwondo as well. He is 3 and LOVES it. It has really helped him settle down a bit. She looks so cute.

I am a mother, wife and full-time teacher, with a very sassy little girl (daughter 1) on my hands and another one following in her footsteps (daughter 2). And I wonder where the gray hairs are coming from?
